Inspire candidates who know nothing about you as an employer
Everyone is talking about "RECRUITING 2.0 or 3.0.." - we know. But we still try to do things differently.

We inspire and inform candidates FIRST. Exclusively those who don't want to change jobs. Who certainly don't respond to ads. Yes, that takes a lot of work. We also use our own presentations and videos with all the details about our client and the position. But it's worth it - for the searching company and the candidate.

Recruiting with AI - let´s say "Recruiting 3.0"

The main difference between recruitment ads, website posts, Linkedin and other social media search campaigns and hiring a consultant (even for positions under 100k annual salary) is simple: the consultant only targets managers who are not actively applying. Who don't want to "move on" from their current job. Who are satisfied with what they do and with the employer. But the consultant knows or suspects, based on his many years of work, that this one person is a perfect match for the client's open position.

The client absolutely wants the best person for the open position. And not "just anyone" who happened to read the ad and mainly wants to get away from his current employer. Almost no matter

A (completely) different way to advertise the position "IT Project Manager" in Berlin:

What does an employer gain from offering the best working conditions if no one "out there" knows it? The GFC - as a commissioned AI recruiter - goes viral with self-made AI animations and a poem!

Our FOR YOU service for employees

Real statements from 2023 (we swear)

Talent first. That is our credo. Those managers who are on the job and are suddenly approached by us, often enough even disturbed by us, because the 10th email on Linkedin has arrived in their inbox with "Hey, we have a super great new job for you". So we need to approach these managers not only with funny (not always, unfortunately) ideas to get their attention, but with hard and honest facts to make known everything that this manager needs to know about the client AND the specific position.

And that can even be a 20-minute video! When we release this video to the manager, we don't have a CV yet (in case we haven't met the person in the past). Only his "Ok, send me the link, I'll take a look at it when the time comes" is in OUR inbox. This is how we understand our business: the company pays our bill for preparing candidates to the maximum for the company.

Try it: hire us to fill an open job position that you're having trouble filling, and we'll magically create a lot of employer awareness and image in parallel with the search. This is a very important by-product of filling the position. The best way to contact Eva is by email.

"I have had contact with many
recruiters. But I was blown away by
the intensity, friendliness and ongoing support over several months."

"I only responded to the GFC consultant's approach because they promised me a video link. I didn't need to provide my CV or any other information about myself. The video was quite long at 20 minutes, but the density of information and the honesty of the speaker made me curious. The company that hires a guy like that must be kind of cool as an employer."

"There's a consultant I don't know approaching me about an open vacancy at (censorship). As if I'd ever go to a company like that...But what can I say - now I'm head of marketing there and extremely happy with the environment."

"I got a call from the CEO of GFC. And called me by my first name. That was new. But not unpleasant. On the contrary. He was able to answer all questions, even about details of the position. Until then, I had only received such information late in the recruiting process in a personal conversation with the client. It was fun. Was a relaxed and professional atmosphere. Gladly more!"
